Human beings are so intoxicated by their own creations: fast accumulation of wealth, prosperous of science and technology, convenience of modern information transformation, and so forth. We no longer look at the nature with awe on our minds. But Nature is not that easy to manipulate. She is sending her messages of dissatisfactions and complaints: natural disasters, climate changes, energy crisis, food crisis, and even the gap between the rich and poor or overspreading terrorism.

  After a long route of development, from the hunting and fishing era, the agricultural era, the industrial ear, up to the information era today, we are now facing a vital choice: to change or to die. If we stay at the old and tired way of social development, we’ll head to no other direction but extinction, disappearing from the earth just as so many other species have been.

  Human wisdom has given us a new perspective towards resource consumption: we take possession of natural resources not only to make a live, but most of the time, to satisfy our greed. Greed has stimulated the modern economy, which lead to an unsustainable way of resource consumption. Warnings from nature, in the form of climate change and environment degradation, force us to think about a sustainable way of development.

  Among all other solutions, Eco Humanity Alliance is searching for a sustainable development model for society, economy and environment. We believe human society has to go through a pre-eco era before it steps into an eco era, when an ecological way of development is finally established. This is the only way we avoid a tragic ending.

  We want to set up a new mechanism that utilizes human greed to ensure an ecological social development, which means we will find reach a balance between stimulation and restriction for the future economic development.

  To make clear what’s the essence of ecology, we need to ask ourselves what’s the goal for social development and what’s the stimulation behind it? Greed has created the utilitarian-oriented civilization today, it’s high time we repress it and build up a new social moral system, which allows us to rethink our attitudes towards production, activity, existence and life.

  We chose Eco Humanity as the name for our organization, because we firmly believe the future of human society is bound to be ecological. People from all walks of life have been advocating eco theories and practicing eco projects for quite a long time, but not a single Chinese eco brand has emerged in this industry. By combining the wisdom from traditional Chinese civilization with scientific spirit, we’ll spare no effort to make Eco Humanity a world famous brand!
